DESCRIPTION:Global Circle for Reparations and Healing Introductory Forum \nFirstRepair is proud to join members of the African Diaspora at the United Nations Permanent Forum on People of African Descent—a global gathering focused on justice\, healing\, and liberation. We will participate in the Global Circle for Reparations and Healing Introductory Forum on April 16\, 2025\, at 6:00 PM. This open forum will introduce GCRH’s mission\, provide an overview of its six strategic working groups\, and offer opportunities to build partnerships and collaborate on reparatory justice efforts. GCRH has developed an operational framework to guide its collective goals\, building on the work started in 2022 and continuing into 2023 and beyond. Attendees will engage with key issue areas and learn how to join the growing cohort of advocates advancing global repair.
